Chicago, IL (19 March 2026) The International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) announces the 2026 Influential Women in Legal Tech honorees, recognizing five outstanding leaders whose mentorship, innovation, and impact are shaping the global legal technology ecosystem. Since 2020, ILTA has marked Women’s History Month each March by celebrating women whose work advances the profession and empowers the next generation of legal technologists. Honorees are selected based on a demonstrable history of mentorship and a significant, sustained impact on legal technology.
“These honorees reflect the ingenuity, courage, and community spirit that power legal innovation,” said Joy Heath Rush, CEO ILTA. “From enterprise transformation and AI product leadership to cybersecurity and global ecosystem building, this year’s Influential Women in Legal Tech demonstrate what ‘impact’ truly looks like in practice.”
