Disable Feature That Adds a Pen/Paper Icon to Highlighting in Nuance
- In Nuance, click File, Options.
- Click Comments, Commenting. The following screen will appear:
- Make sure that the only box checked is the first one.
- Click OK.
NOTE: If you need to fix this in an existing document, you need to follow these directions, delete the highlighting, and re-highlight.
