ILTA’s litigation and practice support steering committee is really excited about our line-up of speakers for our peer group sessions at conference this year. Since May is ILTA’s spotlight month for litigation and practice support, I will be blogging about the speakers we have lined up for the conference in Las Vegas. I decided to start by making sure it is “Dooley” noted that Stephen Dooley is presenting at conference this year. Stephen is among the panelists on our session titled “Discovery Solutions Part 1: Selection and Implementation”. The description for this session is as follows and is a must see!
When faced with choosing a new discovery solution, whether internal or outsourced, firms must undertake common tasks and develop goals for the selection process. In part one of this two-part series, hear different perspectives on identifying, researching, evaluating and selecting tools that fit varying workflows and needs. Panelists will discuss their journeys, including development of business requirements, evaluation processes and final installation models.
