London – 13th October 2020 - Top 50 UK law firm, Browne Jacobson, has awarded Mobliciti, an award-winning Enterprise Mobility & Cloud Managed Services provider, a two-year contract for Mobliciti’s Virtual Mobile Manager service (VMM) to manage their EE mobile contract and Microsoft Intune Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) service for 700 corporate devices.
As a National Powerhouse in the UK legal sector, Browne Jacobson were looking for a supplier to manage their mobile airtime as they were facing inconsistent billing and managing their mobile services was overstretching their IT team, diverting attention from other important issues & projects. Similarly, when it came to Microsoft Intune, they needed to alleviate pressure placed on internal resources, leading them to opt to have these services externally managed.
Working with Browne Jacobson, Mobliciti has been able to provide the firm with a fully managed service which overlays their EE contract, providing proactive management of their carrier. VMM has been developed to deliver more than a usual telecoms contract, including ongoing monthly management and proactive ‘in-month’ data usage and monitoring through Mobliciti’s Portal. Coupled with flexible tariffs negotiated by Mobliciti on behalf of Browne Jacobson, the firm will receive more consistent billing and a reduction in ‘bill shock’ through Mobliciti’s proactive data usage monitoring.
As part of the VMM service, Browne Jacobson chose Mobliciti to manage their Microsoft Intune deployment. This fully managed service includes migration to and configuration of the new service along with ongoing maintenance and support of the service.
