Every other year, ILTA conducts a survey to help ILTA member organizations benchmark knowledge management (KM) activities, priorities, challenges and trends. We publish the survey results in the KM White Paper.
We are pleased to launch the 2016 Knowledge Management Survey and invite your firm to participate. Only one response is allowed per firm, so we're encouraging the primary lead on KM efforts at your firm to take the survey. If you consider someone else at your firm the lead on KM, please forward this invite to them.
