We currently use CodeTwo on our on-prem Exchange. We're in a Hybrid an moving fully (eventually) to Exchange Online. While C2 has an cloud version, their not based in the US, and support is sub-par. The good feature it has it can strip attachments from emails based on rules and put them in a network location; something that Exclaimer couldn't do at the time. Also,we have a lot of Out of Office rules for users that leave the company. We're not concerned about price, need an enterprise solution thats powerful and with great support. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Allegedly, there is a software vendor wishing to sell you goods and services. However that software vendor does not have any certifications proving they follow modern software security guidelines. Assuming it has all the best features and is within your budget so that those arguments are mute, would you consider a purchase? would you consider a purchase if any current client agreements frown on un-audited software?

Is anyone running WhatsApp desktop on firm owned computers inside your firewalls? If yes, how do you monitor for document transfers (going out) as well as how do you log attorney/client messaging that take place via the app? Thanks! Peter

We recently recorded the latest in the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) webinar series - "How Big Data Can Solve Problems." Today, law firms and in-house legal departments have access to more data than ever. Understanding how that data might be leveraged to improve legal operations, however, can prove challenging. This session will show you how to create a model to predict duration and effort associated with a portfolio of matters, and then optimize team selection decisions to minimize the total cost of working the portfolio to its conclusion. Using little more than simple accounting and hours data, our case study will combine a number ...
