Ken Lam - Lead Transformation Project Engineer
Ken will serve as your project engineer, bringing deep expertise in TR’s technology solutions and prompt engineering. Ken joined TR from Casetext, where he served as the company’s first and only customer-facing prompt engineer. Ken earned his J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law and has presented several CLE-accredited courses on LLM prompting and on ethical use of generative AI. Prior to his time with Casetext and TR, Ken built custom AI solutions as a Legal Engineer at Onit, and, while employed at The Florida Bar, he studied the use of technology within the legal profession. As an AI expert, Ken has also served as an advisor to the Special Committee on AI Tools & Resources of The Florida Bar.
Tom Snavely - Principal Consultant
Tom Snavely serves as a Principal Consultant on Thomson Reuters Transformation Services team and maintains close ties to the Thomson Reuters Institute. Tom brings over twenty years of experience leading strategic transformations across diverse industries. He spent more than a decade in a leadership role within the strategy & operations team of an AmLaw 50 law firm, where he helped shape and execute firmwide initiatives. Tom works closely with law firm executives on high-impact strategic priorities, including firm combinations, client feedback programs, talent retention, client growth, AI strategy, and service excellence. His work spans all legal practice areas and operational teams, consistently driving revenue growth and cost efficiencies.
