TOPIC: Causes and Effects of Decisions Made Along the EDRM Path
Lunch Sponsor: Evolve Discovery
Description:
Is your e-discovery decision-making impacting future events? At every stage of litigation, there are decisions made about how information is handled - from getting your ESI house in order to the presentation of that ESI at trial. Today's choices can impact the cost and timing of tomorrow's deliverables. Expert panelists will share their experiences of decisions that can impact data received, collected, etc. We will address many of the "gotchas" ... some subtle and some not so subtle.
The session will include a discussion of:
- Information Management (Pilar McAdam, Kaizen InfoSource)
- Identification/Preservation (Monica Moore, Sheppard Mulllin)
- Collection (Salim Elkhou, e-Stet )
- Processing and Production (Christoper Acosta, Nossaman)
- Review (Beth Pollock, e-Stet)
- Presentation (Stephanie Limbaugh, Sheppard Mullin)
