We have all coped effectively with "going remote." We thought that would be 90 days. Now it might be 9 months, a year, or the foreseeable future. Our new reality (not new normal!) is a hybrid workplace. In our three sessions, we will explore the implications of the hybrid workplace on re-imagining site-based workflows, business continuity, and disaster recovery in a cloud-first environment, and ourselves as leaders in the hybrid workplace.
The Mid-Law CIO Summit is designed for senior technology leaders from mid-sized law firms. However, the event is open to the CIO/Director of Technology from any size law firm. Senior technology leaders from non-member firms may email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. We encourage our CIOs/IT Directors to send their "second in command" if they cannot attend themselves - or to bring that second in command for career development!

Participants will take time to reflect on their inner biases to learn how to find their own sweet spot of influence to make a real difference.
