Bio

I am an accomplished organizational development professional with a strong background in group process and building organizational capacity. My experience includes designing, planning and training practice group specific programs incorporated with blended learning. As a subject matter expert, I work with teams to design and deliver training materials and exercises to best support customers’ needs.  I am dynamic communicator with excellent presentation skills, able to translate complex concepts into understandable terms using creative teaching methods.
