Description:
Project description: Social media can be a record. How do companies manage data such as tweets, blogs, texts, posts, chats, snaps, comments, and any other communication beyond email? How do you define it as a record? How does your ECM system store it?
We're looking for a member of a Corporate Law Department to co-present or work on a joint case study. Points to consider addressing: Are there obligations to preserve it? Are there corporate policy prohibitions regarding it? Do you have a well formed policy on any of this?
