As the Director of Counsel Assistance I have the privilege of helping our clients win their cases, regardless of how they define win. I have been given many professional opportunities to develop processes in the challenging legal technology space. With more than a decade of case management experience, I make sure that clients get the support they need to get the results they want by operating the Case Management Facility (CMF) to help law firms and corporations manage high volumes of cases.
Law firms who use the CMF, devise creative solutions to help clients find and access information. Corporate clients and law firms search, sift and organize information pertaining to thousands of their cases. I provide training and assistance to the in-house legal departments and develop customized reports supplying the information needed for insurers, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and SEC reporting. I also supervise the quality control processes of the CMF to ensure that all clients’ needs are being met efficiently.
I make a point to devote considerable time to volunteer work. I have volunteered with Easter Seals, United Cerebral Palsy, Winston-Salem Corporate Volunteers and the Stokes Family YMCA. I help with fundraising efforts at my sons’ schools and love to volunteer with non-profit community initiatives.
