Priti leads and manages the Legal Tech Consulting team within IncuBaker, BakerHostetler’s R&D and Innovation group.
As the Legal Tech Consulting Manager, Priti pioneers and champions process improvement and development for data management, incident response, privacy management and legal operations. She assists corporate legal departments and privacy & compliance teams across all industries to support their business and technology initiatives.
Priti utilizes her more than 14 years of legal experience when partnering with businesses to operationalize legal and compliance management needs and other legal processes. She also has active client collaboration experience in document automation, contract analytics, robotic process automation and generative AI. Priti is also CIPP/US certified and has spoken numerous times on the future of privacy and privacy operations.
Priti is Co-Chair of ILTA's DEI Committee, and is an active volunteer for the ILTA community.
