Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) adoption

By David Samuel posted 11-27-2018 10:34

As premise-based phone systems age out, companies across many industries are moving to cloud-based communications systems and services. UCaaS (Unified communications as a service) effectively consolidates the range of enterprise services collectively known as unified communications (voice, voicemail, audio conferencing, video conferencing, fax, presence, collaboration, mobile integration), and provides those services as a cloud service. Magic Quadrant providers include Ring Central and Verizon, with Microsoft and Google coming on as challengers.

I'm interested in understanding the adoption of UCaaS across the legal vertical. Has your firm migrated its unified communications to UCaaS, or is the UCaaS approach under serious consideration for phone system replacement?
