Women Who Lead's mission is to align with ILTA's strategic plan and empower women and their allies at all levels to advance and succeed in positions within law firms, corporate legal departments, and business partners serving the ILTA community.
ILTA hosts virtual, in-person (when allowed), and conference-based educational and professional development sessions, open to all in the legal technology community. Additionally, ILTA’s quarterly magazine, Peer to Peer, features articles and podcasts about the Women Who Lead, and publishes unique stories and case studies from the workplace.
