Women Who Lead: Catalyst

25 MARCH 2026

New York  |  Chicago  |  Atlanta  |  Virtual

The Shift from Bouncing Back to Building Forward

Research shows that resilience is one of the most in-demand skills for the future of work and this year, Catalyst will explore resilience in all its real-world complexity. In an era defined by rapid change, AI-driven disruption, evolving roles, and rising expectations, resilience is no longer an optional soft skill. It’s the next business-critical capability. We’re moving past the myth of endless endurance to examine what sustainable strength truly looks like — physically, mentally, and collectively. It will be a day of honest conversations, research-based insights, and connection. We’ll unpack burnout and the daily practices that anchor well-being. Our goal isn’t simply to bounce back from challenges, it’s to build forward, stronger and more connected than before.
