I am a IT Professional with over 19 years of proven experience in IT management, network infrastructure configuration, operation support specialist and computer system administrator. Currently I am working as a Systems Analyst in charge of the billing and financial IT systems at a law firm with over 120 attorneys and more than 300 support staff. One of my main focus is enhancing daily business process through the use of information technology, which has lead to interest in project management and business process management. Most of my experience has been gained working across a wide range of industries from higher education, small business owner, and within the law industry. These experiences have helped me deliver outstanding IT solutions in today’s complex market.
