For the past decade I’ve been immersed in the world of marketing and business development. I’ve had the advantage of working closely with a number of the most innovative business development leaders at dozens of AM Law 200 firms. I currently head up the digital marketing team at Covington, where we are updating the marketing technology stack, developing tools for robust marketing campaigns, creating dashboards for measurement and decision making, developing user personas and targeted content strategy to reach our key audiences. It's exciting work, and I'm thrilled to be part of the innovation and transformation of the digital marketing function.
Prior to joining Covington, I was a Client Advisor at LexisNexis, my job centered on sharing my deep knowledge of the business of law and the business development process at law firms with CMOs and CBDOs. I helped them develop strategies and execute tactics to maximize their BD dollars. During this strategy work, I’ve had the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry and have firsthand experience of best practices and processes that work.
Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work extensively with business partners to identify and implement creative solutions to some of the toughest, most stubborn problems. I possess a strong passion for business and strategy and an unquenchable curiosity for innovation.
