I'm working with Cooley's lawyers in all practice areas to apply processes and technology innovation to support the group's delivery of legal services. I drive innovation in how Cooley applies their knowledge and expertise to serve their clients, and help them curate documents and content that their clients can more easily use, apply and understand.
Prior to Cooley, I co-founded a legal technology startup focused on connecting startups with attorneys, then served as Director of Legal Affairs at StartX, an accelerator for startup companies based out of Stanford. Before that, I practiced for several years at Ogilvy Renault (now part of Norton Rose Fulbright) in Toronto in their corporate/TTG group.
I attended Stanford Law School and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Law, Science and Technology. I received my J.D. from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada, where I earned the Board of Governors medal for first place standing. I also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Media, Information and Technoculture from the University of Western Ontario.
