Angela Dowd is the Director of Practice Innovation at Burns & Levinson LLP, a 140-attorney firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. Angela joined Burns & Levinson in September of 1998 in Human Resources before moving into IT. She has been an active member of ILTA for many years. She is in her second term on the Board of Directors, currently serving as President. Prior to her role as on the Board, she served as the Regional Vice President for the North Atlantic for six years. She served as Co-City Representative for Boston. She has spoken at the annual ILTA conference on technology, social media and policy topics as well as conferences for the Association of Legal Administrators, Legal Marketing Association and the Law Firm Alliance. She graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Communications with a concentration in scientific writing.
