Bio

I am the Director of Pricing and Legal Project Management at Ballard Spahr. I focus on providing an exceptional client experience by becoming a business partner and expert on each client’s business operations (goals, business objectives, pressure points, risk strategies, desired outcomes and processes) and using that knowledge to improve the value the firm provides as a part of the client relationship. I work closely with firm attorneys and clients to develop pricing and matter management tools, technology and resources that are focused on efficiency, transparency, cost-effectiveness and profitability. I also assist with matter scoping and budget/work plan creation, matter monitoring and management, process improvement and training.

Before coming to Ballard, I worked at two other large firms where I received excellent training in legal project management, law firm finance, and strategic pricing techniques and provided support to several Fortune 500 clients. Prior to that, I was a complex commercial litigator at a large law firm and a business boutique and clerked in the New Jersey Chancery Division.

I have a J.D. from Rutgers University, a B.A. from the University of Washington and Six Sigma Green Belt, Agile and Legal Project Management Certifications.

Pricing and legal project management are evolving disciplines. I am always interested in collaborating and tossing ideas around with colleagues in the industry. Feel free to contact me if you would like to connect.
