James is the founder of Ethical eDiscovery, a consultancy Digital Forensics, eDiscovery and Document Review provider.
Having worked in eDiscovery on both sides of the Atlantic since 2010, James is adept at helping international clients navigate the cultural, legal and logistical complexities of collecting digital evidence from data sources around the world. Clients rely on James to oversee data collection, interrogation and review of digital evidence in the context of their cross-border disputes, investigations and regulatory compliance obligations.
Experience
James was previously a Managing Director in the London office of one of the largest eDiscovery providers in the world and prior to that he was a Director in New York at an international consulting firm with a practice focused on cross-border litigation and investigations.
Prior to volunteering for ILTA, James founded the Association of eDiscovery Specialists (ACEDS) UK Chapter, which was ACEDS' first international chapter
James most active role at ILTA is running the UK litigation Special Interest Group.
