GLEbill, via the GLEbill proprietary template, can also be a solution for firms without the ability to record time or create LEDES ebills.
GLEbill normalizes the layout of all LEDES formats into a single template, validates invoice data on import and export, accommodates custom values and hijacked fields, logically groups invoice data into tabs and sections, identifies required fields, provides field help, auto-calculates invoice math, auto-numbers invoice line items, and offers a proprietary template to facilitate off-line invoice creation.
Importantly, when a user exports an invoice or returns to the GLEbill home screen, all traces of their invoice are removed. Nothing remains in the cloud, which means GLEbill complies with global privacy rules.
For legal clients mandating ebilling, the information-rich XML ebilling formats are now in reach: anyone can easily create and edit these invoice file types. This is one of the reasons we developed GLEbill.
