We will start with a short fifteen minute introduction from an ex-attorney turned LegalTech specialist, setting context on where AI drafting actually stands today. The focus is on the gap between capability and reality, why deterministic structure still matters, and how the verification problem can quickly erode any perceived efficiency gains.
The roundtable discussion will then focus on where initiatives have stalled and what got in the way, what is actually being used day to day by attorneys, how others are navigating the gap between capability and adoption, and how drafting infrastructure is shaping training and development.
