Description
Law Firm Knowledge Management and Information Technology departments need to work together to achieve both departmental goals and to ensure they align with overall law firm strategy, but there can be a push-and-pull between the IT priorities of a solid network infrastructure, cyber-security, and maintaining the confidentiality of client information, and the KM goals of making information accessible and leveraging technology tools and platforms to maximize practice efficiency and accuracy. In this 30-minute roundtable discussion, we will hear from CIO and KM leaders on how they work together to balance these priorities and about challenges faced while doing so.
