AI in law doesn’t have to be complex to deliver real value. The most impactful use cases are often the “boring” ones: focused, practical applications that drive immediate time savings and cost reduction.

When implemented consistently, these incremental improvements compound into meaningful long-term advantage. And while GenAI dominates the conversation, firms should be equally disciplined in evaluating when other forms of AI, including machine learning and expert systems, are a better fit for the problem at hand.
