So you’ve heard the buzz phrase 'user experience' throughout the legal industry, but what does it mean? In this webinar, two IT user experience leaders from the legal sector will discuss what the user experience in law is all about. We're not talking about building websites here, we're talking about where the rubber meets the road -- how your users interact with your systems. Our speakers will share some of their experiences, what they're currently doing and their plans for continuing to shape the user experience at their firms. Speakers:
Prisnel Dominique is an IT Director at Goodwin. With over 12 years of experience in IT, from help desk analyst to management, he has a pragmatic approach while still thinking strategically. Pride in his product, a passion for engaging people, creativity and a commitment to service excellence have all contributed to his success as a leader in user experience.
Jeremy Newman is the Immediate Response Manager at Perkins Coie, LLP. He has been in this positon for about a year, and oversees all functions of the service desk. Jeremy was previously with Seyfarth Shaw, LLP for several years, most recently as the service desk manager.
