Speakers:
Chris Danaher brings more than 12 years of experience in the legal industry to eBillingHub, a Thomson Reuters solution, where he has been responsible for new client implementations, eBilling process reviews, best practice deployments, and sales support. Chris has served as lead coordinator on law firm specialty projects involving many complex electronic billing issues and, most recently, has taken on the role of Segment Account Manager at eBillingHub, which involves ensuring client satisfaction for over 200+ law firms. Prior to joining eBillingHub, Chris spent almost 10 years developing business processes and technology solutions as manager of an electronic document group inside the law firm where the concept for eBillingHub was originally developed. He is currently based at eBillingHub's main office in Pittsburgh, PA, where he works closely with Sales, Client Services, and Development to deliver the high quality functionality and services required to successfully meet the needs of eBillingHub’s worldwide client base. Carlos Seoane serves as the General Manager of eBillingHub, a Thomson Reuters solution. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business and its P&L. Prior to this role, Carlos was the director of acquisition integration for Thomson Reuters, responsible for the strategy and execution of integrating new mergers and acquisitions.
