Twenty-five years experience working in law firm records and information management with a combined skill set of records management practice, technology, project management, business analysis, process improvement, and workflow engineering. Ability to diagnose and solve information management problems, create or modify business processes, define system solutions, train, and implement new policies and procedures. Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate, present and advocate to a wide variety of audiences. Well-established in the legal community and speak frequently on a variety of records and information management topics.
