(Chicago, IL – 2 July 2025) — The International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) is proud to announce the release of ILTA Lessons in Leadership, a powerful new publication featuring personal leadership stories from 18 ILTAns from across the globe published by ILTA VOICES. This unique collection weaves together firsthand accounts of perseverance, transformation, and insight from professionals in every corner of the legal tech community.
 
ILTA Lessons in Leadership showcases diverse voices and experiences—from legal technologists and CIOs to project managers, attorneys, and innovators—each reflecting on pivotal moments that shaped their journeys as leaders.
 
“A compelling collection of real voices and lived experiences, offering not just inspiration but opportunities for deeper, thoughtful conversations with fellow leaders,” said Dawn Hudgins, CXO of ILTA. “These stories offer not only leadership guidance, but also the emotional candor and cultural richness that make ILTA so special. ILTA Lessons in Leadership is now available through ILTA’s website and will be featured at an official book launch and signing at ILTACON August 13th 8 am at the Gaylord National Harbor in Maryland.
