Copy / Move DMS docs to Another DMS Folder When you need to copy documents (one or more) from the DMS to another DMS folder, - Select the documents in the DMS folder - hold down your CTRL key holding the CTRL key “copies” the documents IF you are just MOVING the documents – do not press the CTRL key - Drag the documents to the other Workspace DMS - A window will come up enabling you to change the Description (name) of the document, then click Save.
