Damian is a Project Management and Delivery Specialist at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, where he leads complex, high-value legal projects for institutional clients. Prior to joining Lowenstein, Damian worked in the Project Management Office of an AmLaw 20 firm and led legal operations and innovation initiatives at a boutique law firm, driving technology-forward solutions and LPM strategy.
Before entering Big Law, Damian was deeply involved in conflict resolution and legal systems work. He served as a certified court mediator and non-attorney arbitrator for New York State’s Unified Court System, handling civil, housing, and criminal cases across NYC. He also worked within the federal judiciary, running analytics for one of the busiest U.S. District Courts in the country.
Damian’s legal foundation is rooted in conflict resolution, and he continues to bring that mindset to his work. He has trained NYPD officers and law students in mediation techniques and remains engaged in projects focused on legal education and community-based dispute resolution.
An active member of ILTA, Damian is passionate about the intersection of LPM, legal technology, and human-centered design. His professional interests include LPM, legal innovation, computational law, and scalable solutions for modern legal service delivery.
