In Outlook 2010, create a search folder to find all messages that have been COPIED to iManage regardless of the Outlook folder in which they reside. This allows for easy Mailbox cleanup knowing you have a copy of these messages safely stored in iManage.
This “Filed Messages” search folder will find:

Messages copied to iManage through a linked folder when the folder is set to “Leave messages in Outlook after filing”.

Messages copied to iManage using the
WorkSite Email Management toolbar | Actions | Copy Email command

Messages in a folder that were copied to iManage using the
WorkSite Email Management toolbar | Actions | Copy Folder command

Messages copied to FileSite using the CTRL + Drag and Drop method

Sent messages copied to iManage using the EMM Filing toolbar
Create a Search Folder

In Outlook, click New Search Folder on the Folder tab.

At the bottom of the list select Create a custom Search Folder and click Choose…

Enter a name for the Search Folder such as Filed Messages and click Criteria…

On the Advanced tab select Field: All Mail fields | Message Class

Set the Condition to “Contains” and in the Value field enter Ems

Click Add to List and click OK until you’ve returned to Outlook.

All Received messages and all Sent messages that have been filed are shown as:
NOTE: All of the items found and indicated with a green check ( or ) have been duplicated in iManage. Deleting them from Outlook will not delete them from iManage.
