Inserting Multiple Photos into PowerPoint

If you have several photographs that you want to insert into PowerPoint, using a “Photo Album” is the simplest way to accomplish this.

1. Click Insert, Photo Album.
2. Click File/Disk.
3. Browse to the pictures you wish to insert.
4. Select the pictures you wish to insert (to highlight all of the pictures in a folder, press Ctrl + A; to highlight multiple pictures, click on the first picture and then click on the subsequent pictures while holding Ctrl on the keyboard).
5. Click Insert.
6. Click Create.
