Question: How do I remove all the workspace shortcuts for a given user's My Matters subscription folder?

 

Answer

You can actually do this from the Add Shortcuts dialog: in the user's FileSite or Desksite client, right-click on My Matters and select Add Shortcuts.

Hold down Shift and click to select the range of workspace shortcuts to be deleted.

Right-click on the selection and click Delete "workspace name"

You will be prompted to confirm deletion of the selected number of workspace shortcuts - click Yes To All.
