Mastering Digital Evidence: Craig Ball’s Guide to Forms of Production

When:  Nov 13, 2024 from 12:00 to 13:30 (CT)

Join us for an insightful session with Craig Ball as he delves into the often overlooked but critical role of forms of production in e-discovery.

In this meeting, Craig will explore the critical role of forms of production in managing digital information, emphasizing how the format of electronic information during discovery can greatly influence its completeness, functionality, and cost to host and review. Many lawyers often overlook this crucial aspect due to a lack of awareness of what might be missing from digital evidence. Mr. Ball will discuss various production options and guide legal professionals in choosing approaches that maintain the integrity, efficiency, and full capabilities of digital evidence, steering them away from outdated practices that reduce valuable electronic information to mere paper-like forms.

Speaker: Craig Ball is a Texas trial attorney, certified computer forensic examiner, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas and Tulane University Law School, specializing in Electronic and Digital Evidence. He serves as a court-appointed Special Master and consultant in electronically stored information.
