I am the Chief Innovation & Legal Solutions Officer at Allens (Australia), leading a large, multi-disciplinary team responsible for developing and executing the firm's innovation and digital transformation agenda. I draw on education and work experience in law, legal technology and project management and work across the firm and with our clients to drive innovation and efficiency in the practice of law and the delivery of legal services.
I am responsible for a large team of technologists, product developers, lawyers and project managers who provide specialised services to support our lawyers and clients and innovate to deliver new digital products and solutions.
I provide consulting advice and expertise to address our clients' data challenges in the context of legal matters, as well as in the application of artificial intelligence, analytics and automation tools in the delivery of legal services. I consult with courts and regulators on the application of complex technologies and the development of practice notes governing the use of technology in law and regularly present at conferences and innovation forums across Australia.
