Já participei de diversas iniciativas da ILTA ao longo dos últimos 4 anos e aprendi muito em todas elas. Foi muito gratificante participar dos CCTs e poder entrevistar e interagir com profissionais de vários lugares do mundo, alguns dos quais se tornaram grandes amigos. Estar hoje integrando o time de voluntários do Talent Council também é um grande orgulho, pois sinto que estou ajudando ativamente a costruir o futuro da ILTA através da escolha do Board. Outras oportunidades que foram muito especiais foram os grupos focais com Jovens Profissionais e com as iniciativas do Women Who Lead, que foca em lideranças femininas. I have participated in several ILTA initiatives over the past 4 years and have learned a lot from all of them. It was very rewarding to participate in the CCTs and be able to interview and interact with professionals from around the world, some of whom became great friends. Today, being part of the Talent Council is also a source of great pride, as I feel that I am actively helping to build the future of ILTA through the Board's choice. Other opportunities that were very special were the focus groups with Young Professionals and the Women Who Lead initiatives, which focus on female leaders.
O que você ganhou (pessoal ou profissionalmente) por ser um voluntário? What I have gotten out of volunteering
A ILTA é um ambiente seguro para explorar o nosso potencial. Posso dizer que cresci muito como pessoa e como profissional com todo o aprendizado que venho acumulando ao longo desses anos. Aprendi sobre ferramentas de videoconferência (antes de se tornarem algo essencial com a pandemia) e sobre técnicas de gerenciamento de projetos, participei da organização de eventos e de grupos focais, sem contar com o trocas riquíssimas com profissionais de alto nível. E no meio de todo esse crescimento profissional, tenho construindo lindas amizades e melhorando o meu inglês. A ILTA se tornou uma grande família para mim. ILTA is a safe environment to explore our potential. I can say that I've grown a lot as a person and as a professional with all the learning I've been accumulating over the years. I learned about videoconferencing tools (before they became essential with the pandemic) and project management techniques, I participated in the organization of events and focus groups, not to mention the rich exchanges with high-level professionals. And in the midst of all this professional growth, I've been building beautiful friendships and improving my English. ILTA has become a big family for me.
